LAÏTA | Madame Loïk, Paysan Breton and the Laïta skimmed milk powder from Yffiniac!
In the wings of the International Agricultural Show in Paris, the traditional "Concours général agricole" competition was held on Monday 26th February. Several Laïta products were in the running and five of them landed a spot on the podium.
With a gold medal, Madame Loïk's Guérande Sea Salt Plain Whipped Cheese stood out from the crowd with its airy texture. Madame Loïk’s Garlic & Herb Whipped Cheese was awarded a silver medal for its fresh, enticing aroma. Another silver medal went to the Paysan Breton moulded unsalted butter with its appetising pale yellow hue. On the third step of the podium was the Paysan Breton whole brie, chosen for its rind, as well as the skimmed milk powder manufactured at the Laïta site in Yffiniac which won bronze for its delicious milky flavour!
