Epi Ingredients confirms its strategic shift

LAÏTA | Corporate rebranding presented at Food Ingredients Europe

At Food Ingredients Europe*, Mathieu Lucot, Marketing Manager for Epi Ingredients, took the opportunity to present the strategic shift made by Epi for its ingredients offering. In 2015, Epi Ingredients laid the foundations for new business dynamics by reinventing its graphic identity (new logo, new colours) and the presentation of its ranges. This effort aims to perfectly meet market and customer demands without sacrificing the intrinsic qualities of its global offering. In an interview, Mathieu presents four new concepts:

  1. An ice cream made from a selection of dairy ingredients which offer a creamy yet low fat product
  2. A frozen yoghurt which illustrates the taste qualities of yoghurt powders
  3. A filled biscuit showing another possible application for these fermented powders
  4. A protein shake demonstrating the qualities of caseinates.
