" The Human Resources teams from the three Laïta regions initiated a project that was unprecedented until now. From May 28 to June 14, 2024, we organized the Laïta Job Tour. This road trip, aboard a van decorated with the company’s colors, allowed us to go directly to meet potential candidates in the heart of the territories where our activities take place. We traveled through Loire-Atlantique, Côtes-d’Armor, and Finistère, making 13 stops in towns located near our industrial sites. It was a real pleasure to have simple, open conversations with job seekers and, more broadly, with residents curious about our visit to their town and interested in discovering our professions and products. We also took this opportunity to build relationships with local stakeholders: elected officials, employment partners, etc. All these open exchanges were warmly received, contributing to the reputation of our employer brand and positive communication about the company and its brands, with Paysan Breton leading the way! 160 people came spontaneously to meet us during this tour. Several hires were made following this operation, and many contacts were established for our future recruitment needs. We plan to renew this initiative, perhaps in a different form in 2025, to continue surprising people in line with Laïta’s human and cooperative values. "
